خَلْق
This verse invites us to contemplate creation as a gift.
خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ جَمِيعٗا
He created for you all that is on the earth.
Quran, Al-Baqara 2:29
In this verse, Allah reminds us that He created everything on earth for us. This creation is not random, but a divine blessing. The previous verse speaks of life and death, and the next one mentions humans as vicegerents on earth. Thus, earthly creation is linked to our existence and role. Every element of nature, every resource, is a proof of Allah's goodness. Realizing this fills us with gratitude. It encourages us to use these gifts respectfully and to thank Allah for His generosity.
Today, observe an element of nature (a tree, water, the sun) and say inwardly: 'Thank You Allah for this creation.'
