In the Quran, even the Prophet ﷺ is instructed to ask Allah for an increase in knowledge.

Coran, Ta-Ha 20:114
وَقُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
The verse joins two attitudes: not rushing the Revelation and asking Allah for more knowledge. Islamic learning is therefore neither a race nor a collection of facts. It requires listening, understanding, and humility so that knowledge improves worship and action.
