This verse addresses the Children of Israel, commanding them to believe in what Allah has revealed.
And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me.
Quran, Al-Baqara 2:41
Allah tells the Children of Israel to believe in what He has revealed, which confirms what they already had. They should not be the first to reject it, nor trade His signs for a small price. Finally, they must fear Him. Today, we can apply this by welcoming the Quranic revelation with sincerity, without denying it or trading it for worldly gains. Fearing Allah means giving Him priority in our choices.
Today, recite this verse and reflect on one point of the revelation that you can put into practice concretely.
