This verse links faith in Allah and the Last Day to serenity.
Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day and does righteous deeds will have their reward with their Lord; no fear will come upon them, nor will they grieve.
Quran, Al-Baqara 2:62
This verse combines faith in Allah and the Last Day with performing righteous deeds. It promises those who unite these two aspects a reward from their Lord, as well as freedom from fear and grief. In our daily lives, this promise invites us to cultivate sincere trust in Allah and to take concrete actions of kindness. Serenity comes from this dual approach: believing and acting.
Today, perform a simple good deed, like helping someone or saying a kind word, while connecting it to your faith in Allah.
