رَبَّنَا
This verse teaches us a simple and profound supplication.
رَبَّنَآ إِنَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ
Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
Quran, Al-Imran 3:16
In this verse, Allah describes the believers who call upon Him saying: 'Our Lord, we have believed.' They acknowledge their faith, then ask for two things: forgiveness of their sins and protection from the Fire. This supplication combines faith with a humble request for mercy and safety. In our daily lives, we can make these words our own. They remind us that faith is not just a declaration but also a trust that turns to Allah for His mercy and protection.
