كُن
This verse reminds us that Allah's will is accomplished by His command.
إِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is.
Quran, Al-Imran 3:47
In this verse, Mary is astonished at having a child without any man touching her. The answer is clear: Allah creates what He wills. As soon as He decrees a matter, He says to it 'Be' and it exists. This command suffices, without delay or effort. This truth invites us to trust. When we face a situation that seems impossible, let us remember that Allah's power is not limited by our circumstances. What seems difficult to us is simple for the One who says 'Be'.
Today, when you encounter a difficulty, say inwardly: 'Allah says "Be" and it is' and entrust your situation to Him.
