الوفاء بالعهد
This verse invites us to honor our promises and to fear Allah.
مَنۡ أَوۡفَىٰ بِعَهۡدِهِۦ وَٱتَّقَىٰ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
Whoever fulfills his commitment and fears Allah - then indeed, Allah loves those who fear Him.
Quran, Al-Imran 3:76
In this passage, Allah contrasts two attitudes: some betray trust, others respect it. The verse affirms that the one who keeps his commitments and fears Allah is loved by Him. Piety is not limited to acts of worship; it also shows in faithfulness to one's word. In daily life, we make many commitments, big or small. Honoring them, even when difficult, reflects our fear of Allah and our care for others. This builds trust and harmony in our relationships.
Today, fulfill a promise you had postponed, even a small one, and do it sincerely.
