طَاعَة
This verse invites us to obey Allah and His Messenger to receive His mercy.
وَأَطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ
And obey Allah and the Messenger that you may obtain mercy.
Quran, Al-Imran 3:132
In this verse, Allah commands obedience to Him and His Messenger. This obedience is linked to obtaining His mercy. The previous verse mentions the Fire prepared for disbelievers, and the next encourages seeking forgiveness and Paradise. Thus, obedience is the path to mercy and salvation. In our daily lives, we can show this obedience by following the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah, such as performing prayers, being honest, and treating others well. Every act of obedience brings us closer to Allah's mercy.
Today, perform a simple act of obedience, such as praying on time or saying a kind word, hoping for Allah's mercy.
