اسْتِغْفَار
This verse teaches us the right reflex after a mistake.
ذَكَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ فَٱسۡتَغۡفَرُواْ لِذُنُوبِهِمۡ
they remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins
Quran, Al-Imran 3:135
The verse describes believers who, after committing an immorality or wronging themselves, remember Allah and seek His forgiveness. It emphasizes that only Allah forgives sins, and that these believers do not persist knowingly in their error. In our daily lives, we all make mistakes. What matters is not to remain in the fault, but to turn to Allah, acknowledge our shortcoming, and sincerely ask for His forgiveness.
Today, as soon as you realize a mistake, stop, say 'Astaghfirullah', and resolve not to repeat it.
