This verse reminds us of a reassuring truth: Allah does not wrong His servants.
وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَيۡسَ بِظَلَّامٖ لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
and that Allah is never unjust to His servants.
Quran, Al-Imran 3:182
In this passage, some people uttered grave words and committed unjust acts. The verse responds: what happens to them is the consequence of their own deeds. Allah, however, wrongs no one. He is perfectly just in all that He decrees. This certainty brings peace to the heart. When we face a trial, we know it is not an injustice from Allah. It may be a consequence of our choices, an opportunity to grow, or a wisdom we do not yet perceive. Our responsibility is to turn to Him sincerely.
Today, before sleeping, reflect for one minute on a difficult event from your day and ask Allah to help you draw a just lesson from it.
