فَوْز
This verse reminds us of what truly matters in life.
فَمَن زُحۡزِحَ عَنِ ٱلنَّارِ وَأُدۡخِلَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ فَقَدۡ فَازَ
Whoever is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire].
Quran, Al-Imran 3:185
The verse states that every soul will taste death and that full compensation will come on the Day of Resurrection. It then defines true success: being kept away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise. That is the real fawz. In our daily lives, we often seek success in wealth, status, or pleasure. Yet this verse invites us to keep the essential goal in mind: to live in a way that hopes for Paradise and protection from the Fire.
Today, take a minute to ask yourself: what concrete action can I take to draw closer to this success? Choose one and do it.
