تَوْبَة
This verse teaches us that Allah's forgiveness is accessible to all who turn to Him.
And whoever does a wrong or wrongs himself but then seeks forgiveness of Allah will find Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
Quran, An-Nisa 4:110
This verse associates two actions: committing a wrong, then seeking Allah's forgiveness. It does not say the wrong is excused, but that sincere repentance opens the door to His mercy. Allah is described as Forgiving and Merciful, two qualities that reassure the believer. In daily life, we all make mistakes. This verse invites us not to remain in guilt, but to turn to Allah with humility. Seeking forgiveness is recognizing our weakness and trusting in Allah's goodness.
Today, take a moment to say 'Astaghfirullah' (I seek Allah's forgiveness) sincerely, thinking of a specific mistake.
