جَنَّات
This verse gives good news to those who believe and do good deeds.
جَنَّـٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدٗاۖ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٗاۚ
gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. [It is] the promise of Allah, [which is] truth.
Quran, An-Nisa 4:122
The verse links faith and righteous deeds. It promises those who combine them gardens with flowing rivers and eternal life. This promise comes from Allah, and His word is the most truthful. When we doubt or grow weary, let us remember that Allah's promise is certain. Every effort to do good counts. Today, we can do a simple act that reflects our trust in this promise.
Today, do a sincere good deed, even a small one, like helping someone or saying a kind word, while thinking of Allah's promise.
