اعتصام
This verse shows us how to obtain Allah's mercy and guidance.
وَٱعۡتَصَمُواْ بِهِۦ
and hold fast to Him
Quran, An-Nisa 4:175
In this verse, Allah speaks of those who believe in Him and hold fast to Him. He promises to admit them into His mercy and bounty, and to guide them to Him on a straight path. Holding fast to Allah means trusting Him and relying on Him in all aspects of life. In our daily lives, we can strengthen this attachment by remembering Allah and seeking His help in our decisions. This can help us stay on the right path and feel close to Him.
Today, before any important action, say inwardly: 'I hold fast to You, Allah' and take a step of trust in Him.
