بشير ونذير
This verse reminds us that the Messenger came so that no one could say no guide came.
فَقَدۡ جَآءَكُم بَشِيرٞ وَنَذِيرٞ
But there has come to you a bringer of good tidings and a warner.
Quran, Al-Ma'ida 5:19
Allah addresses the People of the Book. After a period without messengers, He sends them His Messenger. He comes to clarify the religion. He is both a bringer of good tidings and a warner. Thus, no one can claim that no guide came. Today, we have access to this message. We can draw lessons for our lives. The good tidings encourage us to hope, and the warning invites us to reflect before acting.
