عَمَل صَالِح
This verse gives good news to those who believe and do good.
مَنۡ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا فَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يَحۡزَنُونَ
Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and do righteous deeds: no fear will be upon them, nor will they grieve.
Quran, Al-Ma'ida 5:69
The verse combines faith in Allah, faith in the Last Day, and righteous deeds. It promises those who combine them a life without fear or sadness. This promise is for all sincere believers, regardless of their backgrounds. In our daily lives, we can rely on this promise. In the face of worries, faith and good actions bring inner peace. They remind us that our worth does not depend on circumstances, but on our relationship with Allah and our deeds.
Today, do one simple good deed, like helping someone or saying a kind word, with the intention that it counts as a righteous deed.
