جَزَاء
Allah rewards the believers for their word of faith.
فَأَثَٰبَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا قَالُواْ جَنَّـٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ
So Allah rewarded them for what they said with gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow.
Quran, Al-Ma'ida 5:85
This verse follows the believers' declaration of faith in Allah and the truth that has come to them, hoping to be admitted with the righteous. Allah responds to this word by giving them gardens beneath which rivers flow, where they will abide forever. This reward is called the reward of the doers of good. Today, we can reflect on the power of our speech: expressing our faith sincerely is a precious act. We can also cultivate goodness in our actions, for Allah promises a beautiful reward to those who do good.
Today, utter a sincere word of faith, for example: "I believe in Allah and His truth."
