مَغْفِرَة
This verse invites us to know both Allah’s severity and His forgiveness.
وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
and that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

The verse brings together two realities: the severity of Allah’s punishment and His forgiveness. It does not oppose them; it combines them. This knowledge balances our heart: we take our actions seriously without despairing of mercy. In daily life, this double awareness helps us act sincerely. When we make a mistake, we know the way back is open. Fear prevents us from neglecting our duties, and hope encourages us to improve.
Today, before sleeping, ask Allah for forgiveness and resolve to correct one small habit.
