أَجَل
This verse reminds us that our life has a term decreed by Allah.
ثُمَّ قَضَىٰٓ أَجَلٗاۖ وَأَجَلٞ مُّسَمًّى عِندَهُۥۖ
Then He decreed a term, and there is a specified time known to Him.
Quran, Al-An'aam 6:2
Allah created us from clay, then He fixed a term for our life. Another term is known only to Him. Thus, our existence is not a matter of chance, but a path whose end Allah knows. This certainty invites us to live consciously and to prepare. We do not know when our term will come, but we know it is real. It gives meaning to our daily choices.
Today, take a moment to reflect on one aspect of your life you want to improve, and act on it.
