This verse reminds us that all good and harm come from Allah, and only He can change them.
And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent.
Quran, Al-An'aam 6:17
This verse associates two realities: Allah can send a difficulty, and only He can remove it. Likewise, if He grants good, no one can prevent it. This shows His total power over everything. In our lives, we experience ups and downs. This verse invites us to turn to Allah in difficult times, and to thank Him in joyful moments. Our trust in Him grows when we know He controls everything.
Today, when you face a difficulty or a joy, say in your heart: 'Allah is capable of all things' and entrust your situation to Him.
