دُعَاء
This verse reminds us that in hardship, our hearts naturally turn to Allah alone.
بَلۡ إِيَّاهُ تَدۡعُونَ فَيَكۡشِفُ مَا تَدۡعُونَ إِلَيۡهِ إِن شَآءَ وَتَنسَوۡنَ مَا تُشۡرِكُونَ
No, it is Him [alone] you would invoke, and He would remove that for which you invoked Him if He willed, and you would forget what you associate [with Him].
Quran, Al-An'aam 6:41
The verse answers a question posed just before: if Allah's punishment or the Hour came, who would you call upon? The answer is clear: Him alone. Sincere supplication acknowledges His power and our dependence. In our lives, we may face difficult moments. This verse invites us to make these moments an opportunity to turn to Allah, entrusting Him with our needs. It is a humble step that strengthens our bond with Him.
