وَجْه
This verse teaches us to welcome with respect those who sincerely call upon Allah.
يُرِيدُونَ وَجۡهَهُۥۖ
seeking His Face
Quran, Al-An'aam 6:52
In this verse, Allah forbids turning away those who call upon Him morning and evening, seeking His Face (wajh). Their sincerity is what matters, not their social status. The verse clarifies that their account is with Allah alone, not with us. Today, we may be tempted to judge other believers by their appearance or rank. This verse reminds us that a person's worth lies in their sincere pursuit of Allah. So we should welcome them with humility and kindness.
Today, if you meet someone who prays or calls upon Allah, do not turn them away, but greet them with respect and listen to them.
