حَسَنَة
This verse teaches us that Allah multiplies the reward of every good deed we do.
مَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُۥ عَشۡرُ أَمۡثَالِهَا
Whoever comes with a good deed will have ten times the like thereof.
Quran, Al-An'aam 6:160
In this verse, Allah promises that every good deed will be rewarded tenfold. This is a sign of His generosity: He does not merely give an equivalent, He multiplies. The following verse reminds us that guidance comes from Allah, and the previous one turns us away from divisions. Here, the emphasis is on hope: every act of good counts and will be amplified. This promise encourages us to seize every opportunity to do good, even small ones. A smile, a help, a kind word: all can be multiplied. Today, we can consciously choose to perform a good deed, knowing that Allah will not leave it without reward.
Today, perform a simple good deed (help someone, say a kind word) while thinking that Allah will multiply it.
