Keep us away from the wrongdoers

In the Quran, people on the heights call upon Allah not to be with the unjust.

رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا مَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

“Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people.”

Quran, Al-A'raf 7:47

This verse reports the supplication of the people of al-A'râf, who stand between Paradise and Hell. Seeing the inhabitants of the Fire, they ask Allah not to put them with the wrongdoers. Their prayer shows a deep desire to avoid the fate of the wicked.

In our daily lives, we can make the same request. Every day, we encounter situations where injustice seems to prevail. By repeating this supplication, we turn our hearts to Allah and ask Him to keep us on the right path.

Today, after a prayer, call upon Allah with these words: “Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people.”
