رَحْمَة
This verse reminds us that Allah's mercy can reach those we thought were excluded.
لَا يَنَالُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِرَحۡمَةٍۚ
Allah will never offer them mercy
Quran, Al-A'raf 7:49
In this passage, people of Paradise address others who once swore that these believers would never receive Allah's mercy. Yet Allah opens the gates of Paradise for them, promising them freedom from fear and grief. Thus, the verse associates the idea that divine mercy surpasses human expectations. In our daily lives, we may sometimes doubt the ability of certain people to change or be forgiven. This verse invites us to keep a hopeful outlook, for Allah alone knows hearts and grants His grace to whom He wills.
Today, think of someone you consider far from Allah's mercy and make a sincere supplication for them, asking Allah to guide them.
