Be patient until Allah judges

This verse invites us to be patient when opinions differ, awaiting Allah's judgment.

فَٱصۡبِرُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَحۡكُمَ ٱللَّهُ بَيۡنَنَاۚ وَهُوَ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡحَٰكِمِينَ

"So be patient until Allah judges between us, for He is the best of judges."

Quran, Al-A'raf 7:87

In this verse, the Prophet Shu'ayb (peace be upon him) addresses his divided people: some believe in the message, others do not. He does not ask them to impose their view, but to be patient until Allah decides. This patience is not weakness, but trust in divine justice.

In our daily disagreements, we can also practice this patience. Instead of insisting on being right, we can leave the matter to Allah and remain calm, waiting for Him to guide us to the best outcome.

Today, when faced with a disagreement, take a minute to say inwardly: "I am patient and I entrust this dispute to Allah."
