نَصَحَ
Allah excuses those who cannot act, if they are sincere.
إِذَا نَصَحُواْ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ
if they are sincere to Allah and His Messenger
Quran, At-Tawba 9:91
This verse brings together three categories of people: the weak, the sick, and those who find nothing to spend. Allah specifies that they bear no blame if their heart is sincere towards Him and His Messenger. Sincerity is therefore the condition that protects from reproach. In our lives, we cannot always accomplish everything that is asked. But we can always be sincere in our intention. Today, if an obligation is impossible, our heart can remain attached to Allah.
