قِسْط
This verse calls us to be just in our dealings.
أَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡمِكۡيَالَ وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ
Give full measure and weight in justice.

The Prophet Shu'ayb reminds his people to give full measure and weight in justice. He asks them not to deprive people of their due nor to spread corruption on earth. This command applies to all our exchanges, whether commercial or daily. Today, we can apply this by being honest in our transactions, returning exactly what is owed, and respecting the rights of others. Justice in small matters builds a balanced society.
Today, make sure you return exactly what you owe, whether it is a borrowed item, a sum of money, or a promised service.
