ٱسۡتَقِمۡ
This verse invites us to remain firm on the right path, without falling into excess.
So remain on a right course as you have been commanded, [you] and those who have turned back with you, and do not transgress. Indeed, He is Seeing of what you do.
Quran, Hud 11:112
Allah asks the Prophet ﷺ and the believers to remain upright in their faith and actions, following divine commandments. He associates this uprightness with the prohibition of excess: it is not about going beyond prescribed limits, but about staying balanced and constant. This verse reminds us that Allah sees everything we do. This awareness can help us stay on the right path, with humility, without thinking ourselves perfect or becoming discouraged.
Today, choose a simple action (prayer, speech, work) and do it with moderation, remembering that Allah sees you.
