نُثَبِّتُ
This verse reveals why Allah tells the stories of the prophets.
مَا نُثَبِّتُ بِهِۦ فُؤَادَكَۚ

In this verse, Allah addresses the Prophet ﷺ and explains that the stories of the messengers serve to strengthen his heart. The key word is 'nuthabbitu': to make firm, to stabilize. These stories are not mere information: they are spiritual support. When we read the Quran, we can feel the same strength. The trials of the prophets and their steadfastness help us remain firm in our own difficulties. The verse also associates these stories with truth, an exhortation, and a reminder for the believers.
Today, read a Quranic story (for example, that of Moses) and note one quality of the prophet that you want to emulate.
