Joseph advises to cultivate and store during years of abundance.
"You will plant for seven years consecutively; and what you harvest leave in its spikes, except a little from which you will eat."
Quran, Yusuf 12:47
In this verse, Joseph explains the king's dream: seven fertile years followed by seven years of famine. He recommends sowing intensively and keeping the harvest in the ears, consuming only what is necessary. This strategy combines effort, patience, and prudent resource management. In daily life, this invites us to anticipate future needs: saving part of our income, building useful reserves, or simply planning our expenses. Foresight is a form of responsibility towards oneself and one's family.
Today, identify one resource you can save (money, food, time) and set aside a small portion in preparation for future needs.
