هَاجَرُوا
This verse promises a beautiful reward to those who leave their homeland for Allah after being wronged.
وَٱلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ فِي ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ظُلِمُواْ
And those who emigrated for Allah after they were wronged...
Quran, An-Nahl 16:41
The verse speaks of people who were oppressed and chose to leave to preserve their faith. Allah promises to settle them in a good place in this world, and an even greater reward in the Hereafter. In our lives, we may face difficult situations where our faith is tested. Sometimes, the best solution is to distance ourselves from a harmful environment, even if it requires courage and patience.
Today, identify a situation that harms your faith and take a small step to distance yourself from it, such as changing your company or limiting your time on social media.
