This verse reminds us why the Quran was sent to us.
And We revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought.
Quran, An-Nahl 16:44
In this verse, Allah explains that He sent down the Quran to the Prophet ﷺ so that he could explain it to the people. The purpose is for everyone to reflect on what has been revealed to them. Reflection is thus at the heart of our relationship with the Quran. Today, we can take a moment to read a verse and ponder its meaning. This helps us better understand our faith and live in accordance with it.
Choose a verse from the Quran you know, read its translation, and reflect on what it means for your life.
