إِنْفَاق
This parable compares two people to teach us the value of sharing.
وَمَن رَّزَقۡنَٰهُ مِنَّا رِزۡقًا حَسَنٗا فَهُوَ يُنفِقُ مِنۡهُ سِرّٗا وَجَهۡرًاۖ
And he to whom We have provided from Us good provision, so he spends from it secretly and publicly.
Quran, An-Nahl 16:75
Allah compares a powerless slave to a man who receives good provision from Him and spends from it, secretly and publicly. These two situations are not equal. Praise belongs to Allah, but most people do not know. This verse encourages us to use our wealth with gratitude. Spending secretly and publicly shows that we acknowledge Allah's gift. Today, we can share what we have, without expecting anything in return.
Choose a small amount or item, and give it today, privately or openly, following the example of the verse.
