سَعْي
This verse teaches us that Allah appreciates the effort of those who seek the Hereafter with faith.
But whoever desires the Hereafter and exerts the effort due to it while he is a believer - it is those whose effort is ever appreciated [by Allah].
Quran, Al-Isra 17:19
The verse combines three things: desiring the Hereafter, acting accordingly, and being a believer. Wishing is not enough; real effort is required. Allah promises that this effort will be appreciated, meaning accepted and rewarded. In our daily lives, we can choose simple actions that count for the Hereafter: helping someone, learning useful knowledge, or doing a sincere good deed. Every effort, even small, is valuable.
Today, perform a sincere action for Allah, such as helping a relative or reading a page of the Quran, with the intention of seeking the Hereafter.
