الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى
This verse teaches us that we can call upon Allah by any of His most beautiful names.
Say, "Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Merciful. Whichever [name] you call - to Him belong the best names."
Quran, Al-Isra 17:110
The verse invites us to call upon Allah using His most beautiful names, such as Ar-Rahman (the Most Merciful). No matter which name we choose, they all belong to Him. This shows the richness of our relationship with Allah. In our daily life, we can learn one of these names and use it in our supplications. For example, before starting a task, we can say: 'Ya Rahman, help me.' This helps us remember Him and ask for what we need.
Today, choose one of Allah's most beautiful names, learn its meaning, and call upon Him with that name in one of your prayers or at some point during the day.
