رُشْدًا
Moses asks to follow a servant of God to learn from him.
هَلۡ أَتَّبِعُكَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن تُعَلِّمَنِ مِمَّا عُلِّمۡتَ رُشۡدٗا
"May I follow you on [the condition] that you teach me from what you have been taught of sound judgement?"
Quran, Al-Kahf 18:66
In this verse, Moses addresses a man to whom God has given special knowledge. He does not claim to know everything. He humbly asks to be taught. The word 'rushdan' here means sound judgement, useful knowledge for acting rightly. We too can learn from others. Whether a parent, a friend, or a colleague, everyone holds valuable knowledge. Recognizing our limits and asking for guidance is a strength, not a weakness.
Today, ask a trusted person to explain something you do not know, with humility.
