تَوْبَة
This verse brings good news: repentance opens the way to Paradise.
except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all.
Quran, Maryam 19:60
The previous verse describes generations who neglected prayer and followed their desires. This verse offers a hopeful exception: those who repent, believe, and do good deeds. These three elements are associated: repentance, faith, and righteous action. Together, they lead to Paradise, without any injustice. This passage teaches us that no one is condemned by their past. From today, we can turn back to Allah. Repentance is not a failure; it is an act of courage and trust.
Today, make a sincere repentance for a specific mistake, then perform a concrete good deed, such as helping someone or making an extra prayer.
