إِجَابَة
This verse teaches us that Allah answers the supplication and saves from distress.
So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believers.
Quran, Al-Anbiyaa 21:88
In this verse, Allah mentions the Prophet Jonah, who, plunged into darkness, called upon his Lord. Allah responded to his call and delivered him from his distress. The verse associates divine response and salvation, then extends this promise to all believers. When we go through a trial, we can turn to Allah with confidence. Sincere supplication is a key. This verse encourages us to hope in His response, even in the darkest moments.
Today, take a minute to supplicate Allah sincerely, confiding a specific distress to Him.
