We hear and we obey

When believers are called to Allah and His Messenger, their response is simple and sincere.

سَمِعۡنَا وَأَطَعۡنَا

We hear and we obey.

Quran, An-Nur 24:51

This verse describes the words of the believers when they are called to submit to the judgment of Allah and His Messenger. They do not argue or hesitate; they say, "We hear and we obey." This attitude shows their complete trust in Allah.

In our daily lives, we can apply this same mindset. When we are invited to do good, to follow a Quranic teaching, or to correct a behavior, we can respond with the same sincerity: "We hear and we obey."

Today, when you hear a reminder or useful advice, respond inwardly with "sami'na wa ata'na" and put it into practice as soon as possible.
