شُكُورًا
This verse invites us to see in the alternation of day and night an opportunity to remember Allah and thank Him.
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ خِلۡفَةٗ لِّمَنۡ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوۡ أَرَادَ شُكُورٗا
And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude.
Quran, Al-Furqaan 25:62
Allah created the night and the day that follow each other without end. This regular rhythm is not a coincidence: it is an invitation to reflect on the power of our Creator. Each sunrise and sunset reminds us of His mercy and His mastery of the universe. In our daily life, we can use these moments to remember Allah. For example, in the morning, we can thank Him for the new day; in the evening, for what He has granted us. This alternation offers us a natural rhythm to express our gratitude.
