الْجَنَّةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
This verse announces good news to pure hearts.
وَأُزۡلِفَتِ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
And Paradise will be brought near [that Day] to the righteous
Quran, Ash-Shu'araa 26:90
Verse 90 of Surah Ash-Shu'araa speaks of the Day when Paradise will be brought near to the righteous. The preceding verse clarifies that only those who come to Allah with a sound heart will benefit. Thus, the proximity of Paradise is linked to purity of heart and piety. In our daily lives, we can cultivate this piety by purifying our intentions and acting with integrity. Every effort to draw closer to Allah brings us closer to this promise.
