حساب
This verse reminds us that the judgment of each person belongs to Allah alone.
إِنۡ حِسَابُهُمۡ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّيۖ لَوۡ تَشۡعُرُونَ
Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive.
Quran, Ash-Shu'araa 26:113
In this passage, the speaker affirms that the reckoning of each person rests solely with his Lord. He does not claim to know the depths of hearts or hidden deeds. This saying invites humility: we do not know everything about others. In our daily lives, we are often tempted to judge others. This verse refocuses us on our own responsibility. We each have to answer for our actions before Allah, not before people.
Today, when you are tempted to judge someone, remember this verse and leave their account to Allah.
