غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Allah promises His forgiveness to those who turn to Him after a mistake.
فَإِنِّي غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
then indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful
Quran, An-Naml 27:11
In this verse, Allah speaks of one who commits an injustice, then substitutes good after evil. He links His forgiveness and mercy to this sincere change. The context shows Allah addressing Moses, reassuring him after the fear of the staff turning into a snake. Every day, we may make mistakes. What matters is not to remain in evil, but to perform a good deed that repairs it. Allah is ready to forgive those who return to Him.
Today, after a mistake, do a concrete good deed: apologize, help someone, or give charity.
