مُضْطَرّ
This verse reminds us that Allah answers the one who calls upon Him in distress.
أَمَّن يُجِيبُ ٱلۡمُضۡطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكۡشِفُ ٱلسُّوٓءَ
Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil?
Quran, An-Naml 27:62
In this verse, Allah asks: who responds to the desperate when he calls? The answer is implicit: it is He. He removes evil and makes us inheritors of the earth. The verse associates the response to supplication with the removal of harm. In our lives, we face difficult moments. This verse invites us to turn to Allah with trust, for He hears and answers. Today, if a difficulty concerns you, entrust it to Allah through sincere supplication.
Take a minute to supplicate Allah, asking Him to remove a specific harm that affects you.
