حُكْمٌ وَعِلْمٌ
This verse teaches us that Allah grants wisdom and knowledge to those who act with righteousness.
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ حُكۡمٗا وَعِلۡمٗاۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
We bestowed upon him judgement and knowledge. And thus do We reward the doers of good.
Quran, Al-Qasas 28:14
In this verse, Allah mentions Moses (peace be upon him) who, upon reaching maturity, was given judgement and knowledge. This divine favor is presented as the reward for those who do good, meaning those who perform good deeds with sincerity and excellence. Thus, wisdom and knowledge are not only gifts but also fruits of righteousness. By striving to act with integrity in our words and deeds, we open ourselves to useful knowledge and insight.
Today, perform a good deed with excellence, such as helping someone or learning something useful, and ask Allah to grant you wisdom.
