تَوْبَة
This verse speaks of a door of hope for the one who turns to Allah.
فَأَمَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحٗا فَعَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحِينَ
But as for one who had repented, believed, and done righteousness, he may be among the successful.
Quran, Al-Qasas 28:67
In this verse, Allah associates repentance, faith, and good deeds. He does not promise automatic success, but He opens a real possibility. The word 'may' expresses a hope founded on divine mercy. After a mistake, discouragement is not inevitable. This verse invites us to return to Allah sincerely, to strengthen our faith, and to take concrete actions. It is a chance offered to everyone, even after going astray.
Today, do one simple good deed, like a kind word or help, while turning to Allah with sincere repentance.
