This verse invites us to reflect on the light of day as a gift from Allah.
Say, "Have you considered: if Allah should make for you the night continuous until the Day of Resurrection, what deity other than Allah could bring you light? Then will you not hear?"
Quran, Al-Qasas 28:71
Allah poses a hypothetical question: if the night lasted forever, who could bring light? No one, for He alone is its source. This light is a blessing we take for granted. Each morning, light allows us to see and go about our activities. Realizing this is to acknowledge Allah's generosity and to be grateful to Him.
Today, as soon as you see the light of day, say inwardly: "Alhamdulillah, thank Allah for this light."
