رَجَاء
This verse links the hope of meeting Allah to the certainty of His appointed term.
مَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ لِقَآءَ ٱللَّهِ فَإِنَّ أَجَلَ ٱللَّهِ لَأٓتٖۚ
Whoever should hope for the meeting with Allah – indeed, the term decreed by Allah is coming.
Quran, Al-Ankabut 29:5
The verse associates the hope of meeting Allah with the certainty that His term will come. It also mentions that Allah is Hearing and Knowing. Thus, this hope is not a mere wish: it directs life toward a real goal. In our daily life, this hope invites us to act with awareness. Knowing that the term is fixed encourages us to live in hope and trust, without being overwhelmed by worry.
Today, take a minute to make a sincere intention: “I hope to meet Allah, and I choose one action that brings me closer to Him.”
