Praise to Allah

When we recognize that Allah sends down rain and revives the earth, we are invited to praise Him.

قُلِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ

Say, "Praise to Allah!"

Quran, Al-Ankabut 29:63

This verse reminds us of a truth many acknowledge: it is Allah who sends down rain and gives life to the earth after its death. Yet few draw a lesson from it. The Prophet ﷺ is commanded to say: "Praise to Allah!"

Praising Allah means recognizing His blessings with gratitude. Whenever we see rain or greenery, we can remember His power and goodness.

Today, take a moment to observe nature and say: "Alhamdulillah" (Praise to Allah) while thinking of the rain and the life it brings.
